This Privacy Policy explains how Six Music collects, stores, protects and uses user data to provide its services and features.
Six Music may collect and store server IDs, user IDs, custom playlists, favorite tracks, playback history, queue data, language settings and Spotify authentication tokens (when users connect their Spotify account).
Users can connect their Spotify account through the official Spotify OAuth system. Six Music only requests read-only permissions and cannot modify playlists, account settings or any Spotify content.
Spotify tokens are stored locally and securely for operational purposes only. These tokens are used exclusively to read playlists and improve compatibility. Users can remove their stored tokens at any time using the /spotifylogout command.
Data is used to provide features such as persistent queues, playlists, favorites, autoplay, playback recovery, smart search improvements and Spotify integration.
Six Music interacts with third-party services including Discord API, Spotify API, Lavalink, YouTube, SoundCloud, Deezer, Bandcamp and Audius. Each service has its own privacy policy and data practices.
Six Music does not sell, share or distribute user data to third parties. All stored data is used strictly for the operation of the bot and its features.
Users may request removal of stored data through our support server. Spotify tokens can be instantly removed directly by the user using /spotifylogout.
Six Music applies reasonable security measures to protect stored data, including local token isolation, backup protection and restricted access. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time to reflect system improvements, legal requirements or new integrations. Continued use of Six Music means acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have privacy-related questions, security concerns or data removal requests, contact our support team.
